Richard Moore
Chief Operating Officer/General Counsel
Richard Moore’s diverse professional background shares one clear common thread: an uncanny knack for solving great business challenges and crises. At Moore Consulting Group, Richard is a key advisor to the account servicing team and our clients, providing expertise in the areas of healthcare regulation, environmental regulation, intellectual property rights and business operations. As part of the firm’s leadership team, Richard provides strategy for crisis communications and management for high profile clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Richard was a partner in the law firm of Amundsen & Moore and practiced in the areas of healthcare, environmental and business regulation. He is a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee and has sat on numerous governmental and community boards. In 2007, Richard was selected to be on staff for the Boy Scouts Wood Badge program—the oldest leadership training program in the United States. Prior to practicing law, Richard was a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force. He frequently serves as a speaker on a variety of legal topics including health care regulation, environmental law and business regulation.
Terrie Glover Ard, APR, CPRC

Spend five minutes with Terrie and you know she is someone you want working with you. Her industry knowledge, strategic vision and diverse skill set leave no doubt: Terrie is one gifted public relations professional.
Terrie leads the creative team of PR, marketing and design executives with strategic counsel to gain brand awareness and market share for Moore Consulting Group’s clients—and when it comes to results, she knows how to deliver. Just take a look at the media relations campaign she lead for the Florida Department of Agriculture, where she netted more than 52 million impressions, driving retail sales of Florida ocean-caught shrimp to increase in seven supermarket chains from 90 percent to 1,900 percent in one year.
Terrie speaks publicly on topics of PR, brand building and crisis communications. When she’s not busy inspiring her team and clients at Moore Consulting Group, she also serves as board president of the Florida Public Relations Association Capital Chapter.
Jim Hunt
Vice President
As Moore Consulting Group’s vice president, Jim Hunt can be found in many places at any given moment. Whether it’s tweeting the latest news and happenings or getting together to brainstorm with industry thought leaders, you know the moment you interact with him that Jim is a connector.
His previous years of experience as chairman of a statewide professional association and consultant to an international business firm gave him the opportunity to engage with professionals from a variety of civic, professional, healthcare and technology organizations. Currently, Jim serves on numerous boards, including BioFlorida and the Tallahassee Technology Alliance. For inspiration, Jim turns to his favorite resources, including Malcom Gladwell’s The Tipping Point and Dr. Seuss’ Oh, the Places You Will Go—and, of course, his iPhone.

Amy Martin
Chief Financial Officer
Handling financial matters is critical in any organization; Amy does this with accuracy, timeliness and precision. Amy truly cares about the company and its future, and brings that commitment to everything she does on behalf of both the firm and our clients.
Amy has more than 15 years of finance experience with a background that includes banking and small business management. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, and has been with Moore Consulting Group since 2001.
