Moore Consulting Group Celebrates Promotions and New Hire

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (December 10, 2010) — Moore Consulting Group, Inc. is proud to announce its recent hiring and promotions. The organization welcomed a new staff member and celebrated four team member promotions. Kirsten Borman has joined the Account Servicing Team as director. Nanette Schimpf and Jamie Fortune have been promoted as managing director and senior director, respectively. Liz Shawen and Audrey Morris have been promoted to director. These updates continue to position Moore Consulting Group to offer the most senior-level counsel to its clients. The company is recognized as one of the “Top 100” agencies in the nation and the top healthcare agency in Florida by O’Dwyer’s PR Report.

Kirsten Borman comes to Moore Consulting Group from the Daniel Webster for Congress campaign, where she excelled in political communications. She also brings diverse experience in public affairs, honed during her time with the Florida Chamber and as president of the Tallahassee Young Republicans.
Nanette Schimpf, APR, has been with Moore Consulting Group for seven years, where she has had great success on behalf of clients such as The Able Trust, Florida Sheriff’s Association, PhRMA, the Alliance to Save Florida’s Trauma Care and the Florida Sterling Council. During this time, Schimpf has implemented numerous award-winning projects and serves on the board of the Community Health Charities of Florida, as well as mentors communications students and frequently speaks at FPRA Student Chapter meetings.
Jamie Fortune has exhibited tremendous leadership in her work with healthcare clients, like Eli Lilly and Company, for more than four years with Moore Consulting Group. Fortune has recently served as the chair of the Roast and Toast for the Capital Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association and is on the board of the Big Bend March of Dimes.
As a member of the Moore Consulting Group team for nearly five years, Liz Shawen has achieved great successes on behalf of clients such as FedEx, MedImmune and the Epilepsy Foundation. Shawen is a recent master’s degree recipient in public relations from the George Washington School of Political Management.
Audrey Morris has been with Moore Consulting Group for nearly two years, where she has managed such accounts as Ford Motor Company and Florida Council on Compulsive Gambling. Morris has also served as a past president of the Tallahassee Chapter of the American Advertising Federation.
